How can I reschedule my next recurring order?Updated 8 months ago

If you'd like to receive your next subscription order on a different date, here's what to do:

• Sign in to your Kurk account – Click here and enter your email address. We’ll send you a code via email or SMS (this should arrive in about 10 seconds). Use the code to log in.
• Select your subscription – Find the one you want to update and click "Manage this subscription."
• Reschedule your order – Click the "Reschedule" button and choose:
  • Delay by 1 week
  • Delay by 2 weeks
  • Choose a specific date
• Save your changes – Click "Save Changes" to confirm.
